This Privacy Policy explains how Nuach Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and manages personal data in connection with our website, booking platform, classes, courses, events and other services.

Depending on your interactions with Nuach, we may collect personal data including:
* your name, date of birth, gender, contact number and email address;
* account and profile information;
* parent or guardian details where the participant is a minor;
* booking, attendance, package, membership and transaction information;
* payment-related information;
* emergency contact information;
* information you voluntarily provide regarding injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, physical limitations or other matters relevant to your safe participation;
* correspondence, enquiries and feedback;
* photographs and video recordings; and
* information relating to your use of our website, such as cookies and website usage data.

2. How We Collect and Use Personal Data

We may collect personal data when you create an account, make a booking or purchase, participate in our activities, complete our forms or agreements, contact us, use our website or otherwise interact with Nuach.

We may collect, use and disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to:
* administer student accounts, bookings, purchases and payments;
* provide and manage our classes, courses, workshops, practice sessions, events and other services;
* communicate with you regarding your account, bookings, purchases and our services;
* manage participant safety and respond to emergencies;
* administer our Terms & Conditions, participation waivers and other agreements;
* provide customer service and respond to enquiries or feedback;
* maintain business, attendance and transaction records;
* improve our services, website and customer experience;
* create and publish photographs, videos and other content relating to Nuach’s classes, events and activities for our website, social media, marketing and promotional purposes, where permitted under applicable law;
* comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
* carry out other purposes notified to you at or before the time your personal data is collected.

Where required, we will obtain your consent before using your personal data for a purpose that has not previously been notified to you.

3. Health & Safety Information

Due to the physical nature of Nuach’s activities, you may provide us with information concerning injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, physical limitations or other matters relevant to your participation. We use such information only where reasonably necessary for purposes including participant safety, class modifications, emergency response and administration of our services. Please ensure that information provided to Nuach which may materially affect your safe participation is accurate and up to date.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to third parties that assist us in operating our business or providing our services, including booking and studio management platforms, payment processors, website and technology providers, communications providers, professional advisers and insurers. We may also disclose personal data where required or permitted by law. Some service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps as required under the PDPA to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Photographs & Video

Nuach may take photographs and video recordings during classes, events and other activities for purposes including documenting studio activities and creating content for Nuach’s website, social media, marketing and promotional materials. Where photography or filming is taking place, Nuach may provide notice through appropriate means, such as notices within the studio, announcements by instructors or staff, or information provided in connection with a particular class or event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the Nuach team or your instructor. We will take reasonable steps to respect such requests. Where appropriate or required by applicable law, we may seek specific consent before using identifiable photographs or recordings, particularly where an individual is specifically featured or the intended use goes beyond what would reasonably be expected in the circumstances. Participants wishing to photograph or record within the studio must comply with Nuach’s Terms & Conditions and respect the privacy of others.

6. Marketing & Communications

We may communicate with you regarding your bookings, account, purchases and use of our services. Where required, we will obtain the appropriate consent before sending marketing or promotional communications. You may unsubscribe or withdraw your consent to receive such communications at any time. Withdrawal from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending service-related communications necessary to administer your bookings, account or purchases.

7. Protection & Retention of Personal Data

Nuach takes reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, modification, disposal or similar risks. We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for legitimate business or legal purposes. When personal data is no longer required, we will cease retaining it or appropriately dispose of or anonymise it.

8. Access, Correction & Withdrawal of Consent

You may request access to personal data that Nuach holds about you or request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, subject to applicable exceptions under the PDPA. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawing consent where applicable. Depending on the nature of your request, we may no longer be able to provide certain services to you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, services or legal obligations. The latest version will be made available on our website with the date on which it was last updated.
